1. Definitions

3. Eligibility Requirements

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access betting and gaming services on ddbola, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate Account closure.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, ddbola implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You may be required to submit identification documents including a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. 4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. 5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

ddbola accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly. If funds do not appear within 15 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number. You may only deposit funds from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in funds being returned and your Account suspended.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. For security purposes, withdrawals to a new payment method may require additional verification.

Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (09:00 - 21:00 WIB). VIP members enjoy priority processing with faster turnaround times. Daily withdrawal limits apply based on your Account status and VIP tier. ddbola reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals.

5.3 Fees and Charges

ddbola does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or international transfer fees. You are responsible for any such third-party charges.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, ddbola may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives to Users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the promotional material. General bonus terms include:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible Users who meet the specified criteria (e.g., new users, VIP members, users who deposit during a promotional period).
• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount a specified number of times (typically 20x to 40x) before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus.

ddbola reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding bonuses, ddbola's decision is final.

7. Betting Rules and Policies

7.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on the ddbola Platform are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections before confirming. It is your responsibility to check your bet history and Account Balance regularly.

7.2 Acceptance of Bets

ddbola reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time without providing a reason. Bets may be rejected due to technical issues, suspicious betting patterns, potential fraud, or other operational considerations. In such cases, stakes will be refunded to your Account Balance.

7.3 Odds and Results

All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change without notice until the bet is confirmed. Odds fluctuations are a normal part of sports betting. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation apply regardless of subsequent changes. Bet settlement is based on official results published by the relevant sports governing bodies or game providers. ddbola reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious errors in odds, results, or market offerings.

7.4 Sports Betting

For sports betting, including football, basketball, badminton, and other events, specific rules apply to each sport and market type. Dead heat rules, postponed matches, abandoned events, and other special circumstances are handled according to industry-standard betting rules, which are available upon request from customer support.

7.5 Casino Games

Casino games including slots, live dealer games, table games, and specialty games are provided by third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and Microgaming. 8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ddbola Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account per person, or allowing others to use your Account.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false, misleading, or stolen identification documents, or impersonating another person.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other Users to manipulate outcomes, share information inappropriately, or gain unfair advantages.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or other fraudulent methods.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for money laundering, financing terrorism, or other illicit financial activities.
• Hacking and Exploits: Attempting to hack, exploit vulnerabilities, use bots or automated software, or manipulate the Platform's systems.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals for legitimate deposits. This will result in immediate Account closure and potential legal action.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting price differences across platforms or markets to guarantee profit without risk (also known as "arbing").

9. Limitations of Liability

ddbola provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain the highest standards of service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues, server downtime, or third-party service disruptions.
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access if you fail to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• We are not responsible for errors made by Users when placing bets, including incorrect selections, stake amounts, or market choices.
• Our maximum liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by User

10.2 Termination by ddbola

• Underage gambling or allowing minors to use your Account

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked. If your Account is closed due to a breach of these terms, ddbola reserves the right to withhold any remaining Balance, void all pending bets, and forfeit all bonuses and winnings. If your Account is closed in good standing, you will be permitted to withdraw your remaining Balance subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
